In answer to the question in the title, let me quickly say that I DO NOT KNOW.
So first we need to define “carnival.” No, not Canaveral…Carnival!
Any merrymaking, feasting, or masquerading, especially when overstepping the bounds of decorum;
a time of riotous excess.
Apparently, the folks over at TechTreak are given to things like merrymaking, feasting, masquerading and riotous excess all within the bounds of…the blogosphere, which we all know is boundless. In short, they’re hosting a “Blog Carnival.”
Being the newcomer, I don’t pretend to understand it all yet, but I’m fixin’ to learn since, after all, they’re making it worth my while with PRIZES!
